生產(chǎn)管理高級咨詢師、江蘇省培訓聯(lián)合會會員、日本產(chǎn)業(yè)訓練協(xié)會認證高級講師。
李老師曾先后任職于中國臺灣永進精密鑄造、美國維信電子、蘇州福萊盈電子、蘇州優(yōu)服集團等企業(yè)。他在各家工廠中參與生產(chǎn)管理與改善實踐,從基層做起,歷任領班、生產(chǎn)主管、工段督導、培訓督導、班督導、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理等職位。
李老師曾經(jīng)通過合理化建議,改善、控制生產(chǎn)原材中稀有金屬含量配比,每年為公司節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本800萬元以上;通過鉆孔包裝數(shù)量翻翻技術,每年為公司降低成本1400萬。李老師常年致力于生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理和改善,所以特別了解生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場容易發(fā)生哪些問題,生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場需要一些什么樣的人才以及如何培養(yǎng)這樣的人才。他在管理任職期間主講《管理技巧》類課程超過280場,為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)了一百多位符合企業(yè)需要的優(yōu)秀一線管理人員。李老師由于其突出的業(yè)績和對公司杰出的貢獻,深受學員和公司領導的歡迎和認可!
李老師先后被騰龍金屬、福萊盈電子、新世電子、日東邁科特思、晶端顯示器、耐世特汽車、歐姆龍精密電子、宇通客車等單位邀請,數(shù)次前往各公司授課。李老師曾接受日本產(chǎn)業(yè)訓練協(xié)會的TWI主任講師的親自指導,被日本產(chǎn)業(yè)訓練協(xié)會認證為TWI高級講師,。李老師每次學習后都會將新學到的理論知識,結(jié)合實際生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場,做好有機結(jié)合、轉(zhuǎn)化與導入!

He has worked for MFLEX (one of the largest global flexible circuit manufacturers & assemblers), and FOREWIN FPC (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. He has participated in production management and improvement practices in each factory. He has held positions such as front-line leader, production manager, and training Supervisor.
He has led a team to implement Kaizen activities. One of the projects saved RMB 8 million/year through reasonable suggestions and the other project has reduced RMB 14 million/year. Mr. Li has an in-depth understanding of production management and continuous improvement since he has been involved in shop floor management for 20 years.. He delivered over 280 speeches about “Management skills training for front-line leaders”, and he trained more than 100 first - line managers. As a result of his achievement and outstanding contribution to the company, Mr. Li was well recognized by the trainees and leaders.
Mr.li was invited to give instruction to trainees from many well-known companies. He was directed by the trainer of Training within Industry (TWI) from Japan Industrial Training Association (JITA), and he was certified to be a Senior TWI Trainer by JITA. His training style was highly evaluated by customers
